We want you to love what you ordered, but if you need a different item, we make exchanges easy.
1. Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Process
- To exchange an item, please email support@getcheftools.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
- Once your return is accepted, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping fees may apply to the exchange shipment unless the exchange is due to a defective product or our error.
3. Defective Items
If you received a defective item, we will cover the shipping costs to send you a replacement. Please contact us immediately at support@getcheftools.com.
